First Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia coordinates and organizes:

1) the activities of “Crisis Management State Academy” SNCO and the educational process of the Ministry,

2) the activities of “National center of Technical Safety” SNCO,

3) the activities of “Regional Survey for Seismic Protection’’ SNCO,

4) the activities of “Eastern Survey for seismic Protection” SNCO,

5) the activities of the Russian-Armenian Humanitarian Response Center.

Biography

Born on December 16, 1977, Javakhk Province, Georgia.

Education

1996-2001- studied and graduated from Yerevan “Gladzor” University, faculty of Finance and Credit,

2003-2004 – International Accountancy Training Center (TASIS), faculty of Accounting and Auditing,

2011-2014 - Public Administration Academy of RA, faculty of Psychology of Management (MA).

Work experience

2001-2003 – Leading specialist in the Department of Regional Projects Integration adjunct to the Government of RA,

2009-2013 - Assistant to Deputy in the National Assembly of RA,

2016-2019 – Chairperson of the Board of Trustees in “Javakhk” charitable Fund,

2016-2016 – Expert in the Ministry of Economy of RA,

2016-2017 – Legal consultant in the Ministry of Environment of RA,

2018-2022 – Deputy Head of the Urban Development, Technical Standards and Fire Safety Inspectorate,

Since 2022 – First Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations of RA.
