Ministry of Emergency Situations

The Ministry of ES of RA has informed that there are closed and difficult to pass roadways in the Republic of Armenia․

The roadways leading from "Amberd" high mountain meteorological station to Amberd fortress and to Kari lake are closed.

As of 23:00, the restoration works of M-2-Aghvani-Tatev-M-2 interstate roadway have been temporarily stopped: two-way traffic has been restored.

Black ice is noticed on Verin Khotanan-Tatev roadway․

Fog is noticed in Aparan region, in Berd and Chambarak towns, on Lanjik-Mastara roadway, in highlands of Syunik province.

According to the information provided by the Department of Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and from the Department of Crisis Management Center of the Republic of North Ossetia of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation, Stepantsminda-Larsi highway is open for all types of vehicles.

Drivers are recommended to drive exclusively on winter tires.
