Yerevan Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations held a special tactical demonstration exercise on the theme “Organization and implementation of firefighting and rescue operations in the tunnel” on the territory of the Children's Railway. Armen Gasparyan, Director of the Rescue Service, Hovhannes Yemishyan, Deputy Director of RS, Heads and employees of different subdivisions followed the exercise. The aim of the training was to improve the practical skills of emergency response units of the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in carrying out firefighting and rescue operations, as well as to develop the mutual cooperation between the Rescue Service and Electric Networks of Armenia, Police and other services in emergency situations.
