Earthquake hits 3km southeast from the village of Shorzha

On May 29, at 22:09 local time (at 18:09 by GMT), the Seismological Network of the Regional Survey for Seismic Protection of the MES of the RA recorded an earthquake at the northern latitude 40.48⁰ and eastern longitude 45.29⁰ geographic coordinates (3 km southeast from the village of Shorzha, Armenia), with 3.5 magnitude and 10 km depth.
The tremor measured magnitude 4-5 points at the epicenter area.
The earthquake was felt in Gegharkunik Province with 4 points, in Kotayk and Tavush Provinces with 3-4 points intensity.
