Earthquake 14 km northeast from the village of Bavra

On April 7, at 14:38 local time (at 10:38 by GMT), the Seismological Network of the Regional Survey for Seismic Protection of the MES of the RA recorded an earthquake at the northern latitude 41.16⁰ and eastern longitude 43.97⁰ geographic coordinates (Georgia –Armenia border zone, 14 km northeast from the village of Bavra), with 2.4 magnitude and 10 km depth.
The tremor measured magnitude 3 points at the epicenter area.
The earthquake was felt in the village of Bavra of Shirak Province with a magnitude of 2-3 points.
