"Trust Phone" is implemented in the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The citizens with problems related to the system can call (010) 36-77-25, every working day from 9:00 to 17:00.

This new service will provide an opportunity for the population to receive suggestions, comments on the activity of the Ministry, as well as to respond promptly and professionally to the issues raised by them.
