Former Minister of Emergency Situations Feliks Tsolakyan expressed his gratitude to the Prime Minister for the joint activity and wished success to the newly appointed Minister in his post. “When you introduced me here as a minister, I said that I was ready to serve the homeland and the people: we did our best. The last 8 months have been really hard days. The system worked like clockwork”,- mentioned in his speech Feliks Tsolakyan.

Andranik Piloyan, in his turn, thanked the Prime Minister for the high confidence and noticed:

“As the mentioned field is a new for me and I am moving here from the army, I will try to invest the good, the positive during my activity that I had in the army in my opinion, and the step that was taken by led of Mr. Tsolakyan in this structure I will try to add one or two. However, I have come here at your urging, only on one condition, to be useful to my nation and our homeland”.
