Earthquake Hits 12 km East from Bavra village of Shirak Province

On September 14, at 17:06 local time (at 13:06 by GMT) the RA MES Seismic Protection Survey Seismological Network registered an earthquake at the northern latitude of 41.110 and eastern longitude of 43.940 geographic coordinates (12 km east from Bavra village, on Armenia-Georgia border zone) with 2.8 magnitude and 10 km depth.

The tremor measured magnitude 3-4 at the epicenter area.

The earthquake was felt in Pokr Sepasar village of Shirak Province at 3 magnitude.
