As a result, a multifunctional complex was created in the Academy equipped with modern technical means, where the practical knowledge and skills in various fields will get both operators- responders, and other professionals working in this system. The training center is completely customized to the needs of the people with disabilities.

Initially, courses will be conducted by experts of the German Red Cross. They thanked the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the support, in response to which the Minister of Emergency Situations A. Yeritsyan said:

-Not you, but we are grateful to You and our other international partners, for the fact that you are always with us.
I am confident, that after training at the center, the service “911” will work more efficiently.

The program of the training courses has been prepared taking into account the German and Swiss experiences of the rapid response services.

Dispatcher-operators learn the basics of first aid and stress management, learn how to speak with the callers and how to be oriented in time.

Practical sessions are videotaped and recorded, which gives an opportunity to analyze the action of the controller and to identify deficiencies.

With exercise, the participants of the course show how a dispatcher- operator calms the citizen, who has called the “911”, gives first aid instructions to help the victim.

Audiences are technically equipped as Crisis Management Centre of the MoES and, if necessary, can turn into a real center of emergency management.
