Ministry of Emergency Situations
of the Republic of Armenia

In summer 2013, in coastal regions of Georgia 4 people were drowned, three of them were Armenian citizens. Only in the last three days 2 accidents were recorded: two young fellows became victims of the waves.

This causes mainly bad swimming, being drunken, swimming late at night or not following the safety rules. 

The ministry of Emergency Situations in partnership with Georgian emergency situations department and the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia in Georgia always keep the life and health of our citizens in the center of attention and urges our citizens who rest in Georgia, to be more careful, to follow the weather forecast and the security rules.
