RA DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER PAID A VIST TO VAYOTS DZOR AND ARARAT REGIONS

RA Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Territorial Administration today paid a working visit to Vayots Dzor and Ararat regions. During the meeting held in marzpetaran/regional administration to the attention of the Deputy Prime Minister was presented the procedure of grapes’ procurement. It was mentioned that it is implemented in accordance with preliminary agreement i.e. starting price for 1kg – 200AMD. They informed that persecution process is implemented organized and problems raised are solved immediately. This year expected 3500 ton grapes crop compared with 3035 tone of the previous year. The prosecution process will be over in tan days. As well as were discussed issues related to autumn sowing organization, cattle-breeding, especially sheep-breeding development.

They also referred to the process of collection of community personal income. Deputy Prime Minister persuaded to be consistent and to implement collection properly. A. Gevorgyan also charged the local governors with a duty of implementation of corresponding works related to budget project formation taking into account that “RA State Budget Project for 2011” has already been presented to National Assembly and the volumes of dotations in the project is already determined. Deputy Prime Minister attached impotence of assistance of territorial and local governmental bodies for irrigation payment collection process. During the discussion also were discussed issues related to more efficient organization of garbage collection in communities, creation of proper conditions for trade in territories adjacent to Yerevan-Meghry interstate road. As well as were presented elimination of consequences of winds on October 1 in Jermuk.

After Vayots Dzor Deputy Prime Minister visited Ararat region. In the meeting with the representatives of RA Ministry of Agriculture held in the local government/marzpetaran they also focused their attention on grapes’ procurement process and issues related to further realization of grapes subjected to procurement. Deputy Prime Minister charged the Ministry of Agriculture together with local governors to supervise the process of procurement debts payments of the companies.

A. Gevorgyan also referred to sanitary state of Yerevan-Yeraskh section of interstate highway and charged to take complex measures for organization of sanitary cleaning of road adjacent territories and garbage collection. He expressed his dissatisfaction concerning work of the companies serving that very section, as well as idleness of the neighboring community leaders. He ordered to implement full and consistent measures for that taking into account garbage collection is under obligatory authority of community leaders.
