Opening of the Museum

Today the museum of a great friend of Armenian nation, Norwegian famous scientist, humanist, public figure and the Nobel Prize winner Fridtjof Nansen has been opened in 49/2 Komitas Street, Yerevan.
In his speech the Deputy Prime-Minister of the RA, Minister of Territorial Administration Hovik Abrahamyan noted that ''the Nansen Passports'' helped 320 thousand Armenian refugees to find asylum in 52 countries of the world. He also informed about the commission given to the City Hall on putting up a monument to F. Nansen in Yerevan.
