On December 24, at 13։57 an emergency call was received to Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center that a truck had been stuck in mud on the 12th km of Aghvan-Verin Khotanan roadway: the rescuers' help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MES of RA dispatched to the scene.

On December 25, as of 00:03 the rescuers pulled the stuck 36 trucks out.
