On December 19, at 08։22 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred near "Manuk" dairy plant in "3rd mas" district in Vanadzor town: there were casualties.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MES of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "Opel Astra", "Nissan" (driver H. A. born in 1983) and "Mercedes-Benz" (driver S. M. born in 1960) cars collided on Narekatsi Street in Vanadzor town.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene the driver and passengers of "Opel Astra" car had been pulled out of the car and transferred to the medical center in Vanadzor town.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive batteries, closed the gas valves of the cars, pulled the driver of "Mercedes-Benz" car out and moved to the ambulance: the latter was transferred to the medical center in Vanadzor town. The doctors assessed the health conditions of the casualties as fair.
