On November 23, at 14:13 an emergency call was received to Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center that forage had been on fire in a half-built building on Makichi Street in Goris town.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MES of RA dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized at 14:36 and extinguished at 15:46. About 30 bales of hay were burnt.
