RTA on Vanadzor-Alaverdi roadway: a car fell on railroad tracks

On November 18, at 23:22 information was received to Crisis Management National Center that car accident had occurred on the 14th km of Pambak-Vahagni roadway of Lori province: the car ran off the roadway of bypass bridge and fell on the railroads tracks, then the freight train crashed into the car, there was a victim.
One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad and the operative group of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MES of RA dispatched to the scene.
It turned out that "Nissan Pathfinder" car (driver L. H. born in 1947) ran off the roadway and crashed into the freight train falling on the railroad tracks from the bridge near the 15th km of Vanadzor-Alaverdi section of M-6 roadway.
The dead bodies of the driver and three women were found at the scene.
The rescuers blocked off the scene, implemented cutting activities of the car, pulled out the dead bodies and approached the mortuary vehicle.
