On November 19, at 15:54 an emergency call was received to Aragatsotn Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred near the cemetery on Mughni-Ashtarak roadway: the rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MES of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that “KamAZ” truck with a trailer (driver B. V. born in 1957) ran off the roadway near the cemetery and crashed into a trailer-home and the stone auxiliary building on Toramanyan Street.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene the driver had been pulled out of the car by the local forces.

The rescuers approached the casualty the ambulance car on a stretcher: the latter was hospitalized to the medical center in Ashtarak town, where his health condition was assessed as fair. Then the casualty was transferred to "Erebouni" medical center of Yerevan city.
