On November 14, at 10։50 an emergency call was received to Tavush Regional Crisis Management Center that a car had been on fire on Ijevan-Noyemberyan roadway.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MES of RA dispatched to the scene.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene the driver (N. S. born in 2001) and the passenger (H. A. born in 1989) had been pulled out of the car by the local forces and hospitalized to the medical center in Ijevan town, where the health condition of the casualty was assessed as satisfactory.

The fire was localized at 11։12 and extinguished at 11։14. "VAZ-2106" car was burnt.
