On October 28, at 14:34 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that accumulated forage had been on fire on Kamoyi Street in Metsavan village.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MES of RA dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized at 15։04 and extinguished at 17։02. About 6 tonnes of forage was burnt.
