On October 25, at 17:17 an emergency call was received to Kotayk Regional Crisis Management Center that two cars had been stuck in the river at the beginning of Bjni village.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MES of RA dispatched to the scene.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene the car had been pulled out of the river by the local forces.

The rescuers pulled the stuck "Nissan Patriot" car (driver A. A.) out.
