On October 12, at 20։21 an emergency call was received to Tavush Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred in the block called "Tslan" in Noyemberyan town: the rescuers' help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MES of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "GAZel" truck overturned on the 1st km of Noyemberyan-Ijevan roadway: the driver was stuck in the car.

The rescuers pulled S. G. (born in 1992) out and approached to the ambulance. The casualty was hospitalized to the medical center in Noyemberyan town, where the doctors assessed the health condition as satisfactory.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery and closed the gas valve of the car. Special equipment was needed to put it back onto its wheels.
