Cars collided on Acharyan Street: there was a casualty

On October 7, at 15:06 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that a car accident had occurred at the end of Acharyan Street of Yerevan city: there was a stuck citizen.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Yerevan Rescue Department and the rescue group from Center for Carrying out Activities of Special Importance of Rescue Forces Department of the Rescue Service of the MES of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "VAZ-21099" (driver G. H. born in 1974) and "KamAZ" (driver B. B. born in 1963) cars collided.

The rescuers pulled the driver of "VAZ-21099" car out and approached to the ambulance: the latter was hospitalized to the "Saint Gregory Illuminator" medical center, where the doctors assessed the health condition of the casualty as serious.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery of the car and implemented road clean-up activities.
