From September 29 to October 1, 6 emergency calls were received to Crisis Management National Center of the Rescue Service of MES about snakes noticed in various areas of the Republic.

Particularly, in Yerevan and in Kanakeravan village of Kotayk province, in Dovegh village Tavush province.

The rescuers dispatched to the scene caught 2 levant blunt-nosed vipers, 1 whipsnake, 2 red-bellied racers, 1 unknown species of snake and moved to a safe area.
