On June 21, at 03:51 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that car accident had occurred near 32/3 Melkumov Street of Yerevan city: there were the blocked citizens.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Yerevan Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MES of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "Opel" car ran off the roadway, crashed into a roadside barrier and pillar.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene one casualty and one victim (H. Gh. born in 1993) had been pulled out of the car by local forces: the casualty was hospitalized in "Armenia" RMC.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery of the car and blocked off the scene.
