On June 8, at 19:28 an emergency call was received to Armavir Regional Crisis Management Center that a citizen had drowned in the lake in Yeghegnut village: the rescuers' help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department and the rescue group with a diver of the Center for Carrying out Activities of Special Importance of the Rescue Forces Department of the Rescue Service of the MES of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers pulled the dead body of S. R. (born in 2003) out of the lake near the sand mine in Yeghegnut village and approached to the ambulance.
