On June 8, at 14:54 information was received to Crisis Management National Center that an explosive device had been planted in "Zvartnots" International Airport of Yerevan city.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Yerevan Rescue Department, the group on duty of Management Division of Firefighting and Rescue Activities, the operative group of Crisis Management National Center, the psychologist on duty of Psychological Assistance Division, the canine unit of the Center for Carrying out Activities of Special Importance of the Rescue Forces Department and the engineering and sapper unit of Collective Center of the Civil Protection Forces of the Civil Protection Department of the Rescue Service of the MES of RA dispatched to the scene.

As a result of the inspection no explosive device was found.
