Fire in "Old Erivan" restaurant

On April 27, at 03:40 an emergency call was received to Crisis management national center that fire had broken out in a fast food restaurant at 23 Tumanyan street of Yerevan city.
Three fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Yerevan Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MES of RA dispatched to the scene.
It turned out that the fire broke out in "Old Erivan" restaurant at 2 Hyusisayin Avenue.
The fire was localized at 04:10 and extinguished at 05:17. The furniture and wooden constructions (about 200 square meters) on the 1st street, the stairs and the wall covering (about 50 square meters on each floor) on the 2nd and 3rd floors were burnt, the corridor doors and the windows (about 50 square meters) were damaged.
The rescuers evacuated two employees, one person received burns on his hands: the ambulance staff provided appropriate medical assistance on the spot.
