On February 14, at 21:02 an emergency call was received to Syunik regional crisis management center that cars had got stuck because of black ice near Tatev monastery on Kapan-Tatev roadway.

One fire unit from the First Aid point of Aghvan of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MES of RA dispatched to the scene.

Rescuers pulled about 16 stuck cars.
