Ministry of Emergency Situations
of the Republic of Armenia

On January 16-17, 27 emergency calls were received to Crisis Management National Center of the Rescue Service of the MES of RA about cars blocked in various areas of the Republic.

Particularly, in Charentsavan, Tsaghkadzor, Hrazdan towns of Kotayk province, in Dilijan town of Tavush province, in Sisian, Kapan towns and on Verin-Kotanan-Tandzaver, Tatev-Kapan roadways of Syunik province, in Hatis village of Kotayk province, in Saravan village of Vayots Dzor province, in Aparan town, Byurakan, Lusagyugh villages of Aragatsotn province and on Mirak-Melikgyugh, Amasia-Berdashen, Artik-Alagyaz roadways.

The rescuers arrived on the scene and brought 36 cars out of the blockage and rendered necessary assistance to 44 citizens.
