On August 23, at 14:45 an emergency call was received to Syunik regional crisis management center that a car had been on fire on the 10th km of Kapan-Goris roadway.

Four fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MES of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that the truck and grassland were burning.

The fire was localized at 16:56 and extinguished at 18:03. The "Mercedes" truck (driver G. Z.) and 11 ha of grassland burnt.
