On January 24, at 14:47 an emergency call was received to 911 emergency call center that a resident of an apartment in the 1^st floor of 3 Fuchik street, Yerevan was threatening to commit suicide: the citizen tried to cut his wrist with a razor.

A fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Yerevan Rescue Department, the operative group of Crisis Management National Center and the instructor on psychological consulting of Health Care Department of the Rescue Service of MES dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that the citizen of an apartment in the 2^nd lane of Fuchik street Kamo M. (born in 1966) hurt himself. The citizen was hospitalized to “Armenia" Republican Medical Center. According to doctors the casualty was in stable condition.
