Born in July 26, 1957 in Armenia Tavush region village N.K. Aghbyur

Education

1976 graduated from Yerevan Road College
1976-1978 served in the Soviet Army.
1983 graduated from the YerPI, Faculty of Social
Studies and received the degree of lecturer in international relations
1985 graduated from USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs’ Yerevan Militia secondary professional school with a degree in law
1992 graduated from the RF, Gorky (Nizhny Novgorod) city’s MIA Militia high school

Experience

1980-2012 served in Interior Ministry’s system, holding various positions
From 2012 appointed in the inspection of the State fire and the technical security deputy head of State Inspectorate, deputy inspector in RA MES.
From February 2013 works in Ministry of Emergency Situations, currently as the head of Accreditation and Licensing Agency
